Provided change management support for major change management project involving organisational restructuring and  contracting-out in a unionised company, Developed stakeholder analysis, Communications Plan (internal & external) negotiations training, and Corporate Social Responsibility policy. Plan was implemented successfully within projected timeframe.

National Telecommunications Company
Supported major restructuring in unionised environment, change management, internal communications, and provided negotiations training for the senior management team. Plan was implemented successfully within projected timeframe.

International Beer Company
Provided change management support through reorganisation programme. Carrried out human resource audit, provided strategic support for organisational restructuring and implementation plan.

FMCG Company
Provided support through industrial relations incident, developed contingency plan, negotiations training for collective labour agreement negotiations. Collective Labour Agreement was subsequently agreed and implemented.

International Logistics Company
Carried out human resource audit and developed strategic human resource business plan.  Facilitated change management workshop for senior leadership team. 

International FMCG Co
Provided human resource management expertise and training for a European Works Council meeting. Facilitated meeting with international unions to determine a professional relationship and agreed process for managing potential issues.
