Employee Relations Solutions was formed by Richard Abbey MBA (International Business UCD), M.A (Industrial Relations Warwick). Richard brings many years of experience having worked with organisations in Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia and Africa.
Formerly Group Director for Employee Environment with Coca-Cola Hellenic, Richard in an experienced human resource generalist and supported the development of integrated results orientated human resource management strategies across twenty-eight countries. Richard developed the group employee and industrial relations strategy for both unionised and non-union environments, set up and managed the Coca-Cola Hellenic European Works Council, implemented employee engagement measurement tools and engagement enhancement initiatives, coordinated the group's workplace Corporate Social Responsibility policy and managed external relations with international unions.
